Good karma

It feels good when you are able to help others especially if it is a friend whom you are extending help to even in your own little ways. Helping, in the sense that you don't expect anything in return but ultimately doing it because you just simply want to make a positive change to other people's lives. If there would be any reward for doing so, it'll come naturally knowing that it will just happen.

Unrequited

One friend has been asking my take on his love problem lately. We talk about it almost every night and based on my assessment, it's another case of unrequited love. Unrequited meaning not returned or reciprocated. So if you get caught in the similar problem, the best piece of advice that I'd give:

1. Don't push it.
2. Let her go.
3. Get over it.
4. Move on.
5. Go out and find another.
6. Think and assess.

I won't explain each step. Why? Well let's put it this way, people who are said to be in love are very close-minded. They have poor judgment over situations. They're not logical thinkers and they don't accept valid arguments. So why bother explaining? Right?!

PS. The worst thing is holding on to someone who doesn't want to be held on to.

It was August

We try to make choices and do things with our career that make a positive impact. We want to have long-lasting careers, but we don't want to have to give in to the industry. We want to stand for what's right, and you can do that and still be relevant and still matter.

How could I not relate...
3 Weeks stint.. 2 Weeks refocusing.. 1 Week anticipation.. These are choices. Whatever the outcomes may be, it had to be done. I'm hoping for the best and waiting for the rest.
