Unproductive

So I've been tagged to do a special project. I'm pressured to perform so I'm having a hard time doing it. I'm supposed to do a minimalist approach to it. However, I'm being a bit too critical and hesitant on the actual execution. I can only allot a few hours tomorrow to finish the initial look. I'm so dead. T_T

I can't think of anything worth writing so I'll just take a portion of my paper in HUBEHOR. Our professor asked us to take a personality test. Below is my assessment on the result.

I do somewhat agree with the resulting personality type’s description – The INVENTORS. I believe that I do possess several qualities which were enlisted under my supposed personality type which were quick, stimulating company, alert and outspoken. I also have interest in several things shifting from one interest to another as I am practically always in search of something new that could stimulate my interest. I could also attest that I use logic as a factor in reasoning rather than emotions.

Unusual Saturday

Weird. I'm studying and doing assignments the whole afternoon and up to now. How long will this last?! ahahaha... I'll probably finish all homeworks and readings by tomorrow so I could probably watch a movie afterwards. I'm still contemplating whether to watch The Curious Case of Benjamin Button or Bedtime Stories. I'm also having a dilemma because I want to dropby Topman tomorrow but the problem is I'm on a tight budget. Huhu. Hopefully the sale of Topman would fit my budget. I should probably join a game show so I could have instant money.

They Say I Look Different

I'm thinking of having my hair cut next week. Many say I look so different. Since I've been back to school, the only thing that my friends say is that my hair look so different and that I look healthier (hahaha). Frankly, I don't want to fix my hair in the morning that's why I asked the stylist to give me a cut that's wash and wear.
Going on another topic, I'd like to tackle the part where they say I look healthier (ahahahahaha...). I really am comfortable with my weight (ahahahaha..). I just need to loose a bit and go back to the gym for more muscular workout. But I can sense that it would take a while before I hit the gym again. I believe that I will be so busy in the coming weeks with my academics.

Class Reunion 2009

Finally, after weeks of delays and preparations we were able to held our annual dinner tonight. We had dinner at Krokodile Grille at Greenbelt 3. Nineteen of my high school classmates came for our annual reunion. Most of them are already working and are busy with their own careers. Nevertheless, we were able to find time to have dinner and catch-up on each other. So happy... : )

Enrollment Adjustment Part 1

Dude, I woke up 4:00am today - the earliest since I don't know when. I woke up early so I could get to school early for the enrollment adjustment of the College of Engineering. Gawd.. to my surprise, there were already 200+ students waiting in line for the enrollment adjustment numbers at 5:45am. I heard that some were already in line as early as 11:30pm, the night before. Well, I had to sneak in the line just to be able to secure myself a slot for the adjustment. I hate to do it because it's one way of being corrupt but I had to. Haha... Got so tired loittering around the campus just to kill time. I met up with some old & new folks today. Got home at around 4:00pm, I fell straight to bed right after.

Tiring Day

This morning, my Tito whose going back to Bicol, asked me to accompany him to the bus terminal at Cubao. The place was chaotic, there were a lot of people waiting in line for buses and tickets. It was my first time to go to the terminal so I was really being observant. I really didn't want to go there at first but since I was left with no choice I had to accompany Tito Romy.
After leaving the bus terminal, I then went to Unilever to visit some of my friends and also to get my last allowance. Then I proceeded to Greenbelt to reserve the venue for the annual dinner of our high school class. I felt exhausted afterwards so I took my late lunch at McDonalds in Glorietta (prices have increased!!). After lunch, I decided to shop since I just got my allowance. I strolled around the mall the whole afternoon in search of the perfect tee. I failed to find the tee at Glorietta so I decided to go SM San Lazaro instead. Luckily, I was able to find a plain colored tee and other stuff! I really like the tee's off-violet, off-black color. Haha. So there goes my day.
(I'm so tired so I can't explain in full detail all the things I did today. Haha.)

New Life? I don't think so.

I'm not keen on using the concept of new life. It's a worn out statement that's probably lost it's meaning for me as I grew up.I realize that all things that have happened in the past are greatly intertwined with the present. I may not care for some of the things that have happened in the past, but for me to say that "Past is past." may seem too trivial. Therefore, instead of grasping on the statement that "I found a new life.", I'd rather use a term such as "I found a new direction in life." So for Year 2009, I'm giving myself a new direction in life. Where does it lead? I don't know. But it's a path I'm taking to achieve peace, happiness, wellness and fulfillment.

Turn on the Lights

Today was very exciting. We bought new chandeliers for the new house in Fortunata. I accompanied my parents, two sisters, Tito Ling, Tita Alice and Tita Tess. This is our second visit to the store. We bought pin lights and one chandelier on the first visit. We were able to purchase five chandeliers today. I think that we had a good steal overall. All of it had a 20% discount. I'm pretty excited on how all of it will look after being installed! Hopefully it'll look sleek and contemporary when the house is finished.

First Post for Year 2009

To kick things of, I won't be writing anything about my plans for 2009 because my goals for this year aren't completely clear. I'll probably start thinking about it this weekend. My schedule's too tight for me to think of things that are too serious. I'm just happy to be alive and living. I'll leave things as it is for now. Got so tired from our family picnic at our new house.
